DCT Gdańsk S.A undertakes regular recruitment processes. Job vacancies are advertised and published on external recruitment websites, (e.g., praca.pl or pracuj.pl.)

APPLY
Fill in the form placed in the advertisement and send your application documents (CV and cover letter) by clicking: Apply. The system will automatically guide you through the application submission process. Only one file containing your CV and cover letter must be added in the CV field of the application form. Your application documents must contain the following clause:
“I hereby authorise you to process my personal data for the needs of the recruitment process conducted by DCT Gdańsk S.A. at present or in the future, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 Journal of Laws Dz. U. of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended).”

To ensure efficient and quick access to information and to comply with the environmental policy,  DCT Gdańsk S.A does not accept paper application documents as we strive to create one electronic database. The system sends an automatic confirmation after each successfully completed application. If you receive the automatic confirmation, congratulations! Your application has been sent to our recruitment database. If you do not find an interesting job offer or we do not currently undertake the recruitment process and you are convinced that DCT Gdańsk S.A. is the company you would like to join, send your application to the general recruitment address that may be found just below the current advertisements.

SELECTION
We will contact you by phone and invite you for a job interview. DCT Gdańsk S. A. reserves its right to contact only selected candidates. Each application is verified as regards the below criteria:

  • Successfully completed application form
  • Meeting  the recruitment requirements presented in the job advertisement
  • Qualifications related to areas of work
  • Experience
  • Knowledge of foreign languages

JOB INTERVIEW
If the recruitment unit invited you for a job interview, before the meeting you should work out questions you would like to ask – we will try to answer all of them. Find out how to get to our company and how much time it will take you (add several minutes for any unexpected circumstances). Address : DCT Gdańsk ul. Kontenerowa 7,  80-601. Contact us if you cannot come to the meeting on the fixed date. Come to the interview relaxed and on time!

1st INTERVIEW
Depending on the position you are applying for, during the job interview you may be asked to write a test, take part in the assesment centre and case study, which will help us to verify your skills.

2nd INTERVIEW
Congratulations! You have qualified to the second interview stage. During stage 2 we will get familiar with your candidature in the presence of the superior of the department you apply to.

PRESENTATION OF THE JOB OFFER
If you were successful at the 2nd recruitment stage,  congratulations! During this meeting DCT Gdańsk will present you the detailed terms of employment. The recruitment process for some positions may take longer and you may be invited to further stages.

INTRODUCTION PROGRAMME
Induction programme, i.e. Survival School. DCT is an organisation created by more than 500 Employees. Each of them is important to us from the first day of work. We want every Employee to get familiar with our company and to feel good here. In the first week the Employee participates in the induction programme, aimed to prepare the new employee for the work in DCT. Depending on the position, the new Employee may attend a one-day training or the full induction training, during which he/she spends several hours in each department.

REJECTION AFTER THE 1st INTERVIEW
You will be informed if you did not succeed at the first recruitment stage. Each applicant taking part in the interview is informed of the recruitment result after the completion of the given recruitment project. If you attended an interview but have been provided with no feedback yet, it may mean that you still have a chance.

You will be informed if you did not succeed at the second recruitment stage. Each applicant taking part in the interview is informed of the recruitment result after the completion of the given recruitment project. If you attended an interview but have been provided with no feedback yet, it may mean that you still have a chance.

RECRUITMENT DATABASE
If you were qualified to the 1st stage of the interview as part of a recruitment process and you become interested in another position, we recommend applying for each position separately, as each recruitment project has its own process. If you file a general application, your profile will be properly qualified for the new recruitment projects.

We would like to inform you that the recruitment process for the position of Junior Controller is a permanent process; we collect data of candidates throughout the year. We employ about 100 new employees every year. When a need arises, the recruitment unit starts the recruitment process consisting of collective recruitment and individual interviews with applicants.

We would like to inform you that the employee recommendation system is very popular in our company. Upon consent of the recommending person, enter the recommending person’s name in the relevant field of the application form. Otherwise, write N/A. Please, remember that recommendations are verified and each candidate applying for a job has to undergo the full recruitment process.
