We kindly inform you that on December 19, 2022 the functionality of automatic transmission of the IE5PCA message from the AES/STATUS system regarding the EU status of goods was launched.

In order to enter into NAVIS system confirmation of T2L/T2LF document being issued, please input in the customs declaration in the AES/STATUS system in field 44 the additional information code: PCS01 with the description PL701071897800000

Dear All,

We’d like to inform you that, according to Newsletter No. Z/29/2022, on 4th of May 2022 Baltic Hub terminal has activated an option of automated applying of customs release number in Navis operational system, following customs procedures in AES system.

Customs declaration in AES system needs to be provided with additional information Code in field no. 44: PCS01 with description PL701071897800000.

Additionally, if the customs office of export is different from the customs office of exit (UWA ≠ UWU), the consent to exit requires the goods to be presented at the customs office of exit. The goods are presented to customs control once the container is delivered to terminal by sending IE507 message, according to Newsletter No. Z/55/2021.

Please follow the procedures described above.

Dear All,

We’d like to inform you that on 23rd of March 2022 Baltic Hub terminal has activated an option of automated container releases in Navis operational system, following customs procedures in AIS system and transit procedure in NCTS.

  • Customs declaration in AIS system needs to be provided accordingly to procedure detailed below:
  1. Provide an email address of temporary storage warehouse using Polski PCS email address in email field: customs_cargo@polskipcs.pl;
  2. In SAD document find field no. 40 and use code: Z-337 (independently of filling out/not filling out customs declaration regarding temporary storage in AIS system);
  3. Use additional information code DS001 and indicate terminal where container is located, using DCT code;
  4. Use additional information code DS002 if there is more than one declaration for the mentioned unit, mark them accordingly: DS002 1/3, DS002 2/3, DS002 3/3 etc.

This includes cases where part of shipment is declared in NCTS and part in AIS system (meaning it’s a combined declaration, where there are both release for free circulation and transit in one container).

  • Customs declaration in NTCS system needs to be provided accordingly to procedure detailed below:
  1. Provide additional information code PCS001 with description: PL701071897800000 (if there is more than 1 option – do it only for the first one)
  2. Use additional information code DS001 and indicate terminal where container is located, using DCT code;
  3. Use additional information code DS002 if there is more than one declaration for the mentioned unit, mark them accordingly: DS002 1/3, DS002 2/3, DS002 3/3 etc.

This includes cases where part of shipment is declared in NCTS and part in AIS system (meaning it’s a combined declaration, where there are both release for free circulation and transit in one container).

Please follow procedures described above.

Automated customs release does not include containers selected for Customs inspection.

In case of any issues there is an option of customs release in NAVIS, performed accordingly to previous procedures.
