DCT Gdansk is operationally at your service for 24 hours, 365 days a year.
Administrative Office working hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
Cargo Freight Station working hours
Monday to Friday, 07:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.
e.BRAMA Call Center
Sunday 06:00 p.m. – Saturday 02:00 p.m., all day
Pre-gate station working hours
Terminal gates and Pre-gate office works 24 hours a day 7 days a week, excluding time:
– in the school year from the first Sunday of September till the last Sunday before the end of school year, from 02:00 p.m. in Saturday till 02:00 p.m. in Sunday
– in summer season from Sunday 25th June 2023 till Sunday 27th August 2023, from 02:00 p.m. in Saturday till 06:00 p.m. in Sunday
– and 15 minutes shift breaks, 05:45 a.m. – 06:00 a.m. and 05:45 p.m. – 06:00 p.m.
Sunday’s and holiday’s entrance pass is only availabe prior advanced notice placed by Friday (when the holiday is on Sunday) or the day before (when the holiday is on the week day or Saturday) 03:00 p.m. at pregate@dctgdansk.com
